10+ years of experience in Building Technologies, Automation, SaaS, and Energy/Facilities Managed Services in the UAE market.
Experience in energy optimization practices, measurement & verification, and remote monitoring/managed services sales.
Ability to communicate complex technical solutions and value propositions to senior stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and facilities engineering managers.
Extensive network in commercial real estate environments across campuses, multi-site retail, QSR, and industrial sectors.
Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, presentation, communication, and writing skills.
Solid understanding of smart building solutions, managed energy services, HVAC/chiller systems, and enterprise applications.
Strong C-suite relationships in QSR chains; retail, commercial and industrial building operators; ESCOs; and FM companies.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a must; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
Strong exposure to IoT, Cloud, AI, and SaaS implementations.
Proven experience in Energy Management Services, ESCOs, and sustainability standards.
