Plan, monitor, and adjust project budgets, staffing plans, and schedules to meet revenue, utilization, and profitability targets while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
Direct the production and coordination of structural drawings, models, and specifications in Revit/BIM and other design tools in collaboration with architects and multi-discipline engineering teams.
Coach and mentor early-career structural engineers and designers, sharing best practices in analysis, detailing, construction coordination, and client service.
Lead and review structural analysis and design in accordance with current codes and standards (e.g., IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC), ensuring safe, efficient, and resilient solutions.
