The best candidate will be a Professional (Civil) Engineer with at least ten years’ experience in the design and management of land development projects. Some of the accomplishments we are looking for include experience in building and maintaining client relations, business development, delegation of responsibility, and the ability to mentor subordinates and junior engineers.

We have an opportunity for a Sr. Civil Engineer with land development experience to lead projects for clients in the public and private sectors. The position is based in our Central Region (Mechanicsburg) Office.

Because our employees are usually involved in several projects at one time, involving numerous team members (such as project manager, engineer, and CAD technician/designer), exceptional communications skills and the ability to work well with others is essential.

Prior project and client management experience
Professional Engineer license
Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills
Valid driver's license - for travel to client sites/meetings
Ability to attend evening meetings
B.S. Civil Engineering or related field
PennDOT/DEP permitting
Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
Prior land development experience required
Ability to obtain clearances (for PA school projects)
