Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
Prepare reports on overages, shortages or damaged tools.
Maintain small tools and consumable inventory records.
Assist tool room in checking in/out tools, distributing consumables, and logging transactions.
Represent the Company at all times with high moral standards while adhering to the Company’s “Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.”
Use of hand tools such as hammers, knives or wrenches.
Will be utilizing the ERP system and will interact with vendors by written or verbal communication.
Complete requisition forms to order tools and equipment and maintain inventory records.
Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
Perform all duties while wearing protective equipment such as safety glasses, safety-toed boots, hard hat, and gloves as necessary.
Work may include pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds, such as raw or fabricated material, equipment or tools.
Ensure all work referenced above is completed at an acceptable productivity level for employee’s classification and experience level.

Must be able to obtain and maintain an active status within the DISA drug testing program.
Ability to work well with and support internal customers, and lead team members.
Basic computer skills in Word, Excel and databases.
Climbing ladders if necessary
General knowledge and experience with basic hand tools (Drills, Grinders, etc).
Prior experience working in fabrication shop environment.
Lift 50lbs without assistance
Work involves standing and/or walking for extended periods of time, up to a minimum of 8 hours per day.
Must be able to perform tasks in hot and cold temperatures. May require working a rotational schedule, including evening or night shifts.
Visual ability to include color vision and depth perception.
Finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination and ability to maintain balance.
Inventory/clerical skills.
Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and stooping.
