Maintaining accurate records in the Truckfile vehicle management system.
Raise and process purchase orders (POs).
Check and log vehicle defects, liaising with workshop manager to ensure correct priority.
Ensure all vehicle records are current and compliant where required.
Provide updates and documentation as required.
Allocate jobs to technicians based on priority and availability.
Maintain accurate defect records
Ensure defects are recorded and resolved promptly on the Truckfile system.
Prepare and issue customer invoices.
Reconcile workshop costs and ensure accurate billing.
Monitoring job progress.
Communicate with lease companies regarding repairs, servicing, and approvals.
Ensure waste oil and other workshop waste is collected and disposed of when informed by workshop manager.
Liaise with relevant parties to minimise downtime.
Maintain and update Truckfile vehicle management system.

Right to work in the UK is essential.
Knowledge of invoicing and PO processes is advantageous.
