Use, coordination and supply of division tools, trucks and equipment.

The preparation and accuracy of Monthly Job Status Updates and Post Job Conference Reports
Plan, direct, and coordinate an entire activity or the activities of others.
Monitor and control the job processing responsibilities on assigned projects.
Deal with people in actual job duties beyond giving and receiving instructions.
Monitoring and controlling the expediting of materials and subcontracts for assigned projects.
Assure that estimated are entered into the Estimate Log.
Assignment of estimators to specific projects.
Review and approve estimates and design/build projects within authorized limits.
Wear personal protective equipment as required in Safety Handbook.
Handles paperwork in a timely fashion.
Operate company vehicles with manual and automatic transmission.
Deal with people in actual job duties and have agreeable working relationships.
Preparation, submittal and processing of change orders and revisions. Accountable to management for:
Preparation, bidding and re-estimate of assigned jobs and work orders.
Monitor and control estimating including, but not limited to, the following:
Keeps conversations on track without getting ‘sidetracked’
Assure that all paperwork and other procedures are adhered to.
Monthly Job Productivity Reports.
Personnel management to ensure employees start and stop work on time.

Able to work 40 hours per week and any overtime as required including: night shifts, and out-of-town jobs if needed.

Must be able to make transition from employee parking area or street into construction work areas and to gain access to all levels of the building, even if the only means of access is by O.S.H.A. approved site construction ladder, or stairs still under construction but acceptable for use.
