Use Salesforce CRM to manage lead lists, document outreach efforts, and track progress toward weekly/monthly targets.
Leverage phone, email, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom) to connect with prospective commercial property managers, facility engineers, and building owners.
Support marketing and sales campaigns by executing outreach plans and tracking appointment conversion rates.
Coordinate with field sales reps to ensure timely follow-up and seamless hand-off of qualified leads.
Conduct outbound prospecting to generate qualified sales appointments for outside sales representatives.
Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics related to appointments set, new account activations, and contribution to revenue growth.

Ability to work full-time on-site from our Jenkintown / Philadelphia (Brewerytown) office
Highly motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Zoom is required
