Assist in preparation of survey documentation, reports, plats, legal descriptions, and exhibits.
Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications and perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy.
Perform mid-level to advanced CAD drafting and design duties using MicroStation and TopoDOT.
Establish and maintain CAD standards and workflows for MicroStation and TopoDOT environment
Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
Create and update all types of drawings, including engineering and construction plans.
Participate in a wellness program promoting balanced lifestyles
Assist in compiling survey documentation and reports for city and DOT projects.

Valid driver's license with a good driving history
Ability to contribute and work well on a team
Proficiency in MicroStation, TopoDOT, and AutoCAD Civil 3D required
Associate’s degree in CAD Drafting or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience in CAD drafting with experience in survey or related fields
Strong communication skills
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Certified Survey Technician (CST preferred
Land Surveyor-in-Training (LSIT) preferred
Knowledge of trigonometry and basic land surveying principles
