Serve as the primary technology liaison between the three divisions, facilitating requirements gathering, system design workshops, and change management processes. Establish governance frameworks for data standards, system access protocols, and collaborative workflows that optimize efficiency while maintaining security and compliance standards.

Develop and execute phased implementation plans that minimize disruption to ongoing operations while building organizational capability. Lead training programs, establish user support frameworks, and create documentation standards that enable effective technology adoption across all divisions.

Lead the selection, customization, and implementation of specialized platforms including Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems, Computer-Aided Design (CAD) environments, project management suites, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and operational management platforms. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between systems to support collaborative planning and real-time project visibility.

Manage relationships with technology vendors, system integrators, and external consultants while ensuring alignment with government procurement guidelines and statutory board requirements. Coordinate with Singapore's Smart Nation initiatives and relevant government agencies to leverage shared platforms and maintain compliance with national IT standards.

Drive the development of comprehensive IT roadmaps that align with SDC's master planning objectives and support the full project lifecycle from conceptual design through operational handover. Collaborate with division heads to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions that enhance cross-divisional workflows and data integration.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Digital Infrastructure and Systems Integration to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the conceptualisation, development and implementation of an integrated IT ecosystems and digital platforms supporting our multi-year master planning and development initiatives. You will orchestrate the technology foundation enabling seamless collaboration across Architecture and Land Planning, Engineering and Project Management, and Integrated Operations Divisions throughout the design, construction, and operational phases of Sentosa's transformation.

  • Familiarity with Singapore government IT governance frameworks, procurement processes, and statutory board operating requirements will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Architecture, or related field with minimum 8 years of progressive project management experience in large-scale infrastructure or construction technology implementations. Professional certifications in project management and familiarity with land architecture and construction industry-standard platforms such as ARCGIS, CAD, Primavera or similar integrated project delivery environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing technology projects within construction, real estate development, or infrastructure sectors, preferably with exposure to master planning or mixed-use development initiatives. Understanding of tourism and hospitality operations technology requirements would be advantageous given Sentosa's unique operating environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships in matrix organizational structures. Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and translating technical concepts for diverse audiences including architects, engineers, and operations personnel.
