Lead the evaluation and selection of technology suppliers, balancing cost, quality, and reliability.
Oversee onboarding processes, ongoing performance reviews, and vendor improvement initiatives.
Process vendor invoices and coordinate with Finance and Accounts Payable on billing, audits, and reporting.
Support leadership and procurement teams during negotiations to achieve competitive pricing, favorable terms, and strong service levels.
Conduct market analysis to uncover savings opportunities and drive value in technology spending.
Build and sustain strong partnerships with strategic vendors and service providers.
Maintain accurate asset and lease inventories, including lifecycle management for equipment and end-of-lease returns.
Utilize procurement and ticketing systems to manage requests, purchases, and inventory tracking.
Coordinate with legal and procurement stakeholders on contract drafting, reviews, renewals, and amendments.
Track and report on procurement activity, including purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and compliance records.
Drive alignment with internal procurement policies and ensure consistent application of best practices across teams.
Monitor supplier performance, including delivery timelines, service quality, and compliance with agreements.

We’re looking for an experienced procurement professional to oversee technology sourcing, vendor relationships, and contract management. This role plays a key part in ensuring the organization secures reliable, cost-effective solutions for hardware, software, and IT services while maintaining compliance with internal standards and supporting financial efficiency.

Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend strategies for cost optimization.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and stakeholder demands.
At least 5 years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or technology sourcing.
Skilled in interpreting contracts, supply agreements, and procurement documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Collaborative, relationship-oriented approach with the ability to influence and build consensus.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business applications.
Excellent communication skills — able to convey complex technical details to non-technical audiences and interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong negotiation background with demonstrated results in securing savings and favorable vendor agreements.
Proficiency with procurement tools, reporting/analytics platforms, and advanced Excel skills.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise software, and cloud services, along with knowledge of industry trends.
