The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will manage daily material requisitioning, expediting, receiving, storage, project kitting, stock requirements, and inventory control at the main office warehouse and service vehicles. Duties are carried out in line with company policies, SOPs, local regulations, and industry best practices. The position is onsite and reports to the Deputy Project Manager.
- Supervise all warehousing and receiving activities across locations.
- Lead warehouse staff in receiving, recording, and shipping stock.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain WMS‑ERP balance.
- Recommend stock reorder points and maximum on‑hand quantities based on usage history.
- Route materials to designated work locations accurately.
- Execute purchase requests via the work management system or with the Deputy Project Manager.
- Process maintenance orders, backorders, credits, and quotes, collaborating with technical SMEs.
- Train team members on electronic tools such as WMS, ERP databases, and scanners.
- Generate month‑end reports, including inventory valuation and billing task orders.
- Enforce safe work practices and ensure personnel compliance.
