Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
Support audits, internal reviews, and compliance checks, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with project teams to provide commercial guidance and mitigate risk.
Perform quantity take-offs and assess subcontract variations and claims.
Prepare and maintain cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts to ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in contract administration, tender evaluation, and procurement activities.
Monitor site progress to support payment claims, variations, and contractual compliance.

5+ years
Professional accreditation (AIQS, RICS) is preferred but not essential.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience in contract administration, cost estimation, and project reporting.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, AS4000, or equivalent).
Knowledge of renewable energy, E&M scope, or civil/mechanical construction projects is highly desirable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project control software (Primavera P6, SAP, Aconex).
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in quantity surveying for large civil, energy, or infrastructure projects.
