Molding floor workers
Run all necessary computerized reports
Set up molding machines to run safely, quality products at optimum productivity
Operate an industrial forklift
Recommend measures and strive towards improving safety, quality, production methods, and equipment performance.
Perform nozzle filter cleaning and changes as needed
Review and prepare as needed daily production reports
Be a role model in applying the NDS Core Values
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Interpret injection molding schedules and work orders and assigns duties
Provide and facilitate all the needs of the production operators for optimal performance
Train workers on how to safely perform their duties
Perform product changes (ID and resin type and color) on the machines

Basic computer knowledge
Licenses/Certifications: Certified or certifiable to operate an industrial forklift
Fluent in reading, writing and speaking in English language
Ability to supervise groups of people.
Good knowledge of manufacturing practices, especially in plastics injection molding
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma
occasionally cold, hot, moving mechanical parts, condense work areas and high noise levels (hearing protection will be provided)
Experience: minimum one-year work experience in injection molding operations and manufacturing
