Minimum of 7 years experience, with good written and verbal communication skills, customer service skills and experience interacting with clients, contractors, and internal staff.
Competent self-leadership with attention to detail, multi-tasking, and prioritization of responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
Experience with Federal-aid project requirements including labor compliance, certified payroll, Davis Bacon Wages, DBE reports, and EEO.
Experience with UDOT documentation and documentation systems (Masterworks, ProjectWise, Certified Payroll, and PDBS)
Knowledge of relevant construction codes, regulations, compliance practices, and record-keeping requirements.
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Valid state driver’s license.
