Lead energy storage electrical construction, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and team growth.
Enforce and promote a culture of safety by implementing and enforcing SOLV standards and OSHA policies, procedures and guidelines
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions

Lead and manage energy storage electrical construction projects from initiation to completion

Mentor General Forman, craft personnel, and other junior level employees

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment and resources

Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
Requires frequent stooping, bending, crouching, reaching, handling, sitting, standing, walking, and lifting 50 or more lbs
