Conduct regular site walks to ensure all developments are looking at their best.
Plan weekly development email campaigns for sales launches, events and development phases, supported by the Marketing Executive, which will be distributed to the sales database, preferred agents and property portal databases.
Build collaboration amongst team and peers, resolve issues swiftly.
Work with the sales team to instruct and project manage show home furniture installations and photography shoots.
Monitor monthly PPC (Pay Per Click) reports to ensure campaigns are current and performing effectively.
Research and explore different avenues of digital marketing for each development, planning and tracking targeted digital campaigns.
