Have a Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering and/or oilfield related or management discipline
Demonstrate experience in managing 3rd parties as they relate to well construction.
Have relevant industry experience in wellbore construction, completions, CO2 storage, wellbore intervention, with significant experience in Project Planning and handling of a P&L.
Leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills will be considered necessary for this position.
Have a continuous improvement mind-set, knowing how to influence stakeholders towards achievements of objectives
Oral Russian language skills, in addition to English, is preferred.
Have contract knowledge with ability to review and execute in accordance with the contract and manage operational and financial change
Be self-motivated with the ability to communicate effectively and positively engage with stakeholders, customer and cross-functional teams
Have knowledge of multiple products and services across multiple wellsites/rigs, often in complex contractual arrangements.
Have excellent English oral and written communications skills, including ability to organize meetings and distributing accurate and succinct minutes of meetings.
