Role
Description
Ensure GDPR and data protection compliance across all payroll operations.
Maintain payroll records, ensure statutory compliance (tax, NI, benefits, pensions), and perform RTI submissions and HMRC reconciliations.
Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation and best practices affecting customer operations.
Process monthly and ad hoc payroll for internal employees and pension customers, ensuring accuracy in payments and deductions.
Prepare and submit payroll reports, including summaries, cost analysis, and customer payslips.
Handle payroll queries from employees and customers promptly, resolving discrepancies and providing guidance on processes.
Validate timesheets and accurately input payroll data into systems.

Benefits
Competitive Salary:£30,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Other: Private medical insurance, Life insurance, sick pay, birthday day off, flexible working
Holiday: 23 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day for each full year of service (max 27 days).
