Facilitate the creation of key design artefacts, such as personas, current and future-state customer journeys, service blueprints, storyboards, and prototypes
Proactively identify and define opportunities that bring value to client engagements and enable their businesses to succeed beyond the original brief
Use lean, design-thinking-led approaches to build strategies through continuous prototyping and desirability testing
Contribute to shaping a strong team culture through knowledge sharing, showcases, and collaboration. Work closely with discipline leads to evolve tools, templates, and techniques across the experience practice.
Design, lead, and facilitate creative/ideation workshops with senior stakeholders using design thinking methodologies
Translate, communicate, and advocate research insights to client stakeholders and internal teams
Apply a range of customer research methods, including stakeholder and customer interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries/field visits, ethnography, benchmark studies, and industry/trend research
Coach and guide both designers and non-designers to uplift their design thinking capabilities internally and externally
Recommend enhancements to customer experiences, processes, and systems, and demonstrate where they create measurable value for clients and their customers

Significant leadership experience within a consulting practice, digital agency, product organisation, start-up, or similar environment
Strong understanding of design craft, particularly service design and the creation of end-to-end experiences across digital products and services

Experience in user-centred design methods, agile ways of working, and lean UX
Proven ability to tackle complex problems, translating insights into strategic opportunities and impactful design solutions
