- Perform transactions in SAP, Production Access database and Accellos WMS
- Provide lead time on repeat orders to Customer Service Representative for Customer approval. New orders require confirmation by Production Manager
- Accomplishing all tasks assigned or requested
- Enter Rework work orders, assign material and due date
- Schedule Production Order in Access Database and manage priorities to accomplish all work in the time required
- Create and maintain data files/folders to manage information as required
- Pro-actively interact with department members, other staff and managers to improve Customer satisfaction
- Make recommendations for improvement to job processes to ensure standards for data integrity and Production Dept. performance
- Record actual work results and produce reports as required
- Analyze Customer requests or Purchase Orders to determine Visual Comfort Production Dept. ability to perform the work
