Senior BIM Engineer

• Coordinate across multiple disciplines — architecture, MEP, structure
• Generate and manage full construction document sets using Revit
• Review models for constructability and minimize clashes
• Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes, ADA standards, zoning & local regulations
• Work closely with project managers, leads, and cross-functional teams to meet timelines

Urban Lion is looking for a dedicated Senior BIM Engineer / Project Designer to anchor BIM efforts on U.S. construction projects. You’ll drive documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, and compliance with U.S. codes and standards.

💼 Experience: 3+ years (Immediate joiners preferred)

• Strong knowledge of U.S. codes & standards (ADA, local zoning, etc.)
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, and AutoCAD
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• 3+ years hands-on experience working with U.S. projects/clients
• Degree in B.Tech (Civil), B.Arch, or equivalent
• Real-world experience across U.S. construction & documentation challenges
