The Product Recruiter role is based in Richmond, Virginia, working on‑site Monday through Friday. In this position you will partner with product teams to identify, attract, and secure top talent for product management, UX/UI design, and software development roles.
- Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, networking events, and industry platforms.
- Conduct phone screens and technical interviews to assess fit and proficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system, including interactions and feedback.
- Build and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future product tech openings.
- Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and recruitment strategies based on market trends.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product tech recruitment.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and timely updates.

- Screen resumes and applications for product management, UX/UI design, and software development roles.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit university or college.
- 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, focusing on product management, UX/UI design, or software development.
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, preferably within tech or product spaces.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and databases.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience shaping and executing recruitment strategies for SaaS, real‑estate, or similar products.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication abilities.
