The key duties involve keeping the school premises running smoothly, performing everyday DIY maintenance and minor repairs such as fixing furniture and walls, and ensuring heating, lighting and alarm systems operate correctly. You will also be responsible for securing doors and windows outside of school hours, monitoring for vandalism, arranging and clearing seating for meetings or assemblies, and maintaining external areas through litter picking.
