Work with Computer Aided Design (CAD) software applications such as AutoCAD, Advance Steel, Navisworks, Plant 3D, SmartPlant 3D (SP3D).
Participate in and graduate from the Ausenco New Professional Program (NPP).
Develop your skills in the preparation of 3D models and 2D drawings for industrial and mining projects.
Comply with all Ausenco corporate policies and procedures by adopting Ausenco Quality Assurance and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment policies, procedures, and requirements.

Willing to enrol or have attained Certificate 3 in Engineering – Technical, from a recognised institution.
Willingness to further studies to in engineering/drafting.
An interest/understanding of engineering design/drafting.
Clear written and oral communication skills.
Advantageous - exposure to AutoCAD, Advance Steel, Plant 3D Navisworks, other drafting packages, and Microsoft Office applications
Proven attention to detail
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team is a must.
Preparedness to undertake industry site visits.
Strong analytical skills.
