The Human Resource Business Intelligence Service is undergoing a transformation to modernize data, reporting, and BI tools for managing the City’s workforce. As an equal part strategic thinker and technical expert, you will leverage extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Story reporting to develop a roadmap that integrates SuccessFactors reporting with the new data platform. You will also help the analytics team transition from legacy tools and redevelop existing SuccessFactors reports to answer key HR questions.
You will serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, collaborating with data architects, integrators, and platform leads to define reporting requirements, prepare data mappings, prototype solutions, conduct UAT, and deploy reports that meet business needs. In addition, you will contribute to reporting governance, data‑quality practices, and the long‑term sustainability of the new reporting environment.
