Description
Advises customers regarding billing procedures and problems, appliance use and general energy conservation.
Maintain customer records and provide data for billing of unmetered accounts.
Disconnect single phase self-contained meters as required.
Reconnect single phase self-contained meters as required.
Work with customers throughout designated areas to review and analyze accounts for proper billing information, obtain meter check readings, meter and multiplier verification, resolve access problems, etc.
Perform collection tasks as required.
Prepare customer correspondence and perform other clerical office tasks to include, maintaining records, assisting other employees and responding to customer inquiries.
