The Neighborhood Coordinator supports communication and teamwork between Sales and other departments. Responsibilities include maintaining and distributing sales documents and reports, processing selections, contracts, addendums, deposits, and invoices, and ensuring all information is complete and accurate. The role also involves managing contract paperwork distribution, pricing memos, inventory home specifications, office supplies, architectural plans, and departmental reports in an office setting.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills, the ability to build internal and external relationships, and a willingness to obtain a public notary license are essential.
