Project Controls Coordinator

Description

• Adopt and promote health, safety, environmental safety, and quality plans of the company.
• Process requests for coordinating the activities of subcontractors.
• Maintain working knowledge multi-project contract specifications, work requirements and subcontracts, plan.
• Maintain a system of presentation of projects according to the requirements of the company.
• Attending project meetings, detail-oriented, and notating on a myriad of items in a multi-project environment.
• Monitors scope changes and helps with the development of change orders.

Requirements

• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
• Bachelor’s degree in respective process and/or Industry equivalent experience.
• Report weekly progress, and ability to manage own time with little oversight.
• Typically has 4-7 years’ field operations experience.
• Ability to reach, stand, walk, use fingers, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see and to perform repetitive motions.
• Time management with respect to balancing cross-functional department coordination; punctuality.
• Individual focused on ability to ask questions, and work in a team environment.
