- Manejo y ajuste de máquinas de soldar TIG y MIG.
- Realización de actividades de mantenimiento preventivo.
- Asegurar los aspectos de calidad en el proceso.
- Carrera Técnica (Electromecánica, Mecatrónica, Mecánica o Mantenimiento).
- Disponibilidad de horario para trabajar tiempo extra y/o cambios de turno.
- Proactivo y Trabajo en Equipo.
- Actitud de aprender y enseñar.
- Enfoque hacia implementar a los equipos auto dirigidos.
- Conocimientos en ajuste de máquinas de soldadura.
- Experiencia indispensable.
- Manejo de herramientas y plantillas de ensamble.
