Process customer orders, assist customers with parts requests/orders, enter information, bill out work performed, maintain service log and other departmental records.
Diagnose, test, troubleshoot, and perform bench repairs on returned products.
Communicate with customers over the phone or via e-mail providing technical support.
Assist customers with the operation and troubleshooting of products.

Excellent customer service skills
Calibrate and clean products.
A.S. or equivalent in Electronics-related experience or technical training
General working knowledge of computer applications in Microsoft Office and customer order entry in an ERP system
Strong organizational skills
Able to read and interpret schematics.
Knowledge of soldering.
Working knowledge of basic test equipment, meters, oscilloscopes and digital multimeters.
