Assist with competitive process, develop statement of work construction documents, obtain bids/proposals/cost estimates for TWO's (Tenant Work Order's) and construction projects
Oversight of diagnostic and repairs on building systems
Maintaining records and prepare required reports
Oversight of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety system repairs
Preparing and issuing solicitations for the subcontractors as necessary
Manage some on-site subcontractors supporting projects
Coordinating and schedule maintenance and repair work on a daily basis
