Ability to develop detailed drawings, conceptual designs, and technical documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Sound understanding of building codes, safety standards, and climate-responsive design principles.
Familiarity with the challenges, climatic conditions, and socio-economic context of Kerala is desirable, particularly for disaster-prone or eco-sensitive zones.
