Provides support to crew, including but not limited to:
Guiding of asphalt trucks, etc.
Provide on-site logistics support to HMAC Crews
Assist in the receiving and dispatching JWS orders to Plant Foreman, Haul Department, and Hot Mix Foreman
On the job the employee-owner will constantly be exposed to outdoor environmental conditions, navigate around moving machinery, and work on and around uneven or unstable surfaces.
Participate in daily safety meetings
Scheduling drivers to be on-site as required by HMAC leadership
Coordinate transportation with CDL Drivers
