Act as a key technical advisor during client presentations and project reviews
Support value engineering, constructability reviews, and project optimization
Lead architectural design on design-build projects from concept through construction
Strong technical knowledge across architectural design and construction coordination
Licensed Architect
Proven experience working in a Design-Build environment
Licensed Architect (RA) – essential
Experience delivering commercial, industrial, or modular projects preferred
