Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, participation metrics, and performance data to recommend ongoing improvements.
Champion a learner-first mindset, ensuring every program is practical, relevant, and inspires professional growth
Lead occasional live sessions, such as New Employee Orientation or skill-based refreshers, with an emphasis on storytelling, culture building and connection.
Create dynamic content — from videos and animations to slide decks and microlearning modules — that make training more visual, accessible, and memorable.

Experience designing and producing multimedia learning content (video editing, visual design, or eLearning authoring tools).
