- Add, update, and track all wires in the wire tracking sheet to provide proper oversight of outgoing and incoming wires. Including validation to SAP.
- Update the parking tracking sheet after month -end closing to verify the amounts entered in SAP are correct.
- Work with Cash Receipt desk to identify and code incoming cash receipts
- Monitor preliminary reports for interagency settlement and review final reports to determine if an adjustment is necessary.
- Daily monitoring of interagency settlement wire approval tracking sheet. Communicate any discrepancies in a timely manner.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- In lieu of credits, minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience can be accepted.
- Demonstrated PC and data entry skills
- General knowledge of Port Authority accounting and financial structure .
- Ability to interact effectively with internal staff and external professionals at all levels.
- Working knowledge of Excel and comparable software database applications
- Must have completed a minimum of nine ( 9 ) college credits in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field from an accredited college or university .
- Good oral communication, written and interpersonal skills.
