  • Create customer drawings in AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Identifies and resolves semi-complex problems.
  • Handle multiple projects
  • Participate in onsite visitations to help customers design and/or troubleshoot busway system layout.
  • Processing incoming orders including clean order review, scheduling detail, & layout drawings.
  • Assist in the coordination of activities with internal departments.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of Siemens products and processes.
  • Provide routine technical support to customers and sales team.
  • Prioritize workload independently for effective time management

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering
  • AutoCAD, Creo, Revit or equivalent software knowledge.
  • Experience in a Customer-facing role in a manufacturing environment
  • SAP experience

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • 2D & 3D modeling experience
  • Associates Technical Degree or higher
  • Technical knowledge of electrical products.
