The Warehouse Supervisor at the Clearwater, FL site is responsible for overseeing all inventory and logistics operations, including procurement coordination, inbound receipt, proper storage, outbound shipping, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role ensures product quality, supports cycle counting and physical inventories, and upholds compliance with HSE, DOT, and company safety standards.
In addition to leading shipping and receiving activities and managing logistics costs within the 4PL program, the supervisor coordinates closely with Production, Procurement, R&D, Quality, Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to drive efficient operations. The position also participates in site safety programs and enforces HSE requirements, Life‑Saving Rules, product stewardship, waste management, and distribution safety practices.
- Set up raw materials in SAP as approved by SM, HSES, and R&D
- Manage procurement and long‑term planning for raw materials, including bulk, imported, and off‑site storage
- Oversee inbound raw material receipt and storage, and handle communication with CLX on inbound issues and freight charges
- Perform cycle counting and inventory management for raw materials and finished goods
- Lead outbound finished‑goods team (2–3 people) and track back‑order issues
- Serve as knowledge resource to Production/Operations regarding material status
- Provide backup support to the Production Manager and HSES support for the functional area
- Lead shipping and receiving activities while managing logistics costs within the 4PL program
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, R&D, Quality, Customer Service, Sales, and Finance to ensure efficient operations
- Participate in site safety programs and enforce HSE requirements, Life‑Saving Rules, product stewardship, waste management, and distribution safety practices

Candidates must have a high school diploma and 3–5 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience, strong commitment to safe work practices, and solid organizational skills for accurate record‑keeping and multitasking. Effective oral and written communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a self‑motivated, adaptable attitude are required; SAP experience is preferred but not mandatory.
