- Assisting in the delivery of strategic real estate projects
- Liaise and collaborate with various internal departments as well as external clients and consultants such as solicitors, building surveyors and other agents regarding ongoing and upcoming lease transactions
- Inspecting and measuring properties in line with RICS standards
- We also have a strong presence in the telecoms and infrastructure markets therefore the role would include undertaking site searches and land acquisitions for various telecommunications providers across the UK. Using databases and mapping software.
- Helping to develop and enhance client relationships
- Assist in the identification of new opportunities and in client pitching to support business growth plans
- The role is focused on the acquisition and disposal of and commercial office and industrial premises, alongside supporting with, and managing a caseload of lease renewal and rent review instructions across office, industrial, and retail premises

- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage workloads and multitask to deal multiple clients

- Ideally an RICS accredited degree (or similar other)
- Relevant experience in the real estate industry would be beneficial but not essential
