Property Tours: Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, showcasing the benefits and advantages of the shopping center.
o Minimum of five years experience in retail leasing.
o Willingness to travel as required.
o Knowledge of retail market trends and tenant requirements.
o Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
o Proven track record of successfully leasing retail properties.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing software.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Leasing Manager to join our dynamic growing team. The candidate will be responsible for: managing the leasing processes for our retail shopping centers, cultivating relationships with potential tenants, and ensuring that our centers are fully leased with high-quality retail brands. This role requires a strong understanding of the retail landscape and exceptional negotiation skills.
