- Directly supervise assigned team staff and assist practice leader in hiring, training, mentoring, utilization, development of, and assignment of projects to your team staff.
- Oversees quality assurance/quality control programs throughout all levels of the team.
- Work directly with the client to ensure scope and deadlines are met.
- Develop new clients, business leads and new business plan alternatives as required to ensure success of team.
- Responsible for the overall management of the Geomatics survey vertical at the Stewart Wilmington office; to include oversight of projects, client development/retention, financial success/profitability, personnel, and general administrative management.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
- 15 plus years of Technical Experience in Survey preferred

- Professional Land Survey License (PLS)
- Advanced skills in the operation of AutoCAD Civil3D 2020.
- Advanced skills in the operation of Trimble GPS and Robotic Total Station, to include Trimble Field Software.
