As the face‑to‑face customer support for the estates, you will ensure safe homes and thriving communities while maximising income. You will deliver first‑class customer service and uphold the company’s customer promise each day, especially on a newly identified Priority Estate with community development projects.
Home Group is hiring a Housing Manager for its East Sussex patch, working across properties in the South East. The role is permanent, full‑time (37.5 hpw) with a salary of £32,000‑£35,000 plus a health cash plan. The company does not offer a Cost‑of‑Living allowance for this position.

The role is hybrid: typically 2‑3 days a week on site in patches across Wealden, Uckfield, Eastbourne and other locations, with the remainder spent working from home on administration. Regular anchor days are held at the Liverpool Street office in London, and occasional evenings may be required to meet customers. A business‑insured vehicle is needed (mileage reimbursed) and a Standard DBS check is provided.
