Reporting to your Project Manager, you will have the autonomy to lead your team and influence project outcomes by utilising your strong commercial, project management, and technical engineering skills.
- Work on both existing and newly awarded projects, while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering successful outcomes;
- Be responsible for planning and implementing the procurement of materials and subcontractors, work with supervisors to recognise variations, and produce appropriate variation correspondence;
- Have the opportunity to create and implement innovative, cost-efficient construction methodologies and techniques, produce construction programs, and monitor project milestones and costs to ensure on-time completion;
- Additionally, you'll implement environmental controls when necessary to protect the environment.

- A proven track record in HSE compliance and safety;
- Be willing and able to work away from home;
- Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with the ability to problem-solve and take ownership.
- Degree in Civil Engineering;
- At least 5 years of experience on DTMR and/or TfNSW and/or civil infrastructure projects;
- The ability to lead and work as part of a team;
