Candidates must have at least two years of residential electrical experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lb regularly.

• Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and creativity as a collaborative team player.
• Employ strong troubleshooting and critical‑thinking skills to resolve electrical issues.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with at least three years of driving experience.
• Possess over two years of electrical experience, preferably focused on residential projects.
• Lift regularly up to 50 lb and occasionally up to 100 lb; perform climbing, crawling, and fine‑detail work.
• Work safely in indoor and outdoor environments, including attics, crawlspaces, and extreme temperatures.
