Lead and manage all phases of MEP commissioning activities for healthcare construction and renovation projects.
Develop, maintain, and execute detailed commissioning plans, schedules, and checklists.
Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific standards
Track commissioning progress, document test results, and prepare comprehensive commissioning reports.
Provide training and operational documentation to facility management teams.
Coordinate with design teams, contractors, equipment vendors, and facility stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of systems.
Act as the primary point of contact for commissioning-related issues and updates.
Identify and resolve deficiencies, ensuring timely close-out and system turnover.
Manage pre-functional and functional performance testing of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, medical gas, electrical, and life-safety systems.
Review design documents, shop drawings, and submittals to verify compliance with project specifications and healthcare codes.
