Warmly greet and seat guests at Riviera on the Beach, handling reservations and service standards.
You will monitor the stationary and take care of the menu printing and correct storing.
You’ll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team with your can-do spirit and a positive attitude at all times.
You will be in charge of warmly greeting our guests, escorting them to their tables and fare welling at the end.
You will also be in charge of responding to guest enquiries by email or telephone, by being well versed and holding a strong knowledge of the offerings in the outlet, you are able to convert enquiries into reservations which will assist in the outlet achieving their targets.
By taking part in a daily team briefing pre-service, you ensure you are well informed of the daily happenings around the hotel as well as the upcoming service.
During your daily routine, you liaise with other departments when required to ensure an immaculate presentation of your outlet, high standards of cleanliness as well as maintenance are upheld at all times including restaurant furniture, equipment, floors, fixtures and fittings.
You are aware of revenue targets and ensuring these are achieved and exceeded, simultaneously all costs are controlled within pre-set budgets including beverage cost and other expenses.
You may on occasion be required to adjust your hours of work to cover the beach club needs.
Comply with all statutory and company health and safety, fire, bomb, and security regulations.
You will assist the management with administrative tasks.
Ensure that all Food and Beverage Hygiene and Sanitation Standards are attained in accordance with the local municipality regulations.
Serving others is your passion, you will be ensuring the outlet is in immaculate condition and all service standards are adhered to by the supporting team members.
You will also be in charge of ensuring the rest of the team is aware of upcoming reservations, special events and guest chefs/bartenders ensuring their knowledge is second to none and they are able to assist our guests in the best possible way and help with cross selling other outlets.

You will have a relevant extensive experience in luxury hotels and high-end restaurants preferably in the Middle East.
You acknowledge that working in beach club operations involves exposure to heat and sun, operating under pressure, and requires standing and walking for long periods of time.
You`ll bring your excellent understanding of service standards and ability to anticipate guest expectations.
English is the primary language used in our beach club. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Other languages including Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish or German are highly desirable.
Your politeness and empathy will allow you to build strong lasting relationship with your guests and co-workers.
Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
