  • Maintains property maintenance logs and inventory of supplies and equipment
  • Operates maintenance, trade, and testing equipment and tools
  • Assists with cleaning of units during turnover process as directed by the Regional Property Manager
  • Listens attentively to others. Asks clarifying questions to gain a better understanding of the other person’s views and underlying assumptions.
  • Honors the private and confidential matters of co-workers. Protects the proprietary information of the Management Company.
  • Attends work consistently and punctually. Comes to meetings prepared and on time; honors work commitments; follows through on what was agreed upon; meets agreed upon deadlines
  • Maintains grounds and common areas, including lawns and flowerbeds, shrubbery, parking areas, trash pickup
  • Completes work orders in a timely and accurate manner. Cleans up after work is complete
  • Assists Maintenance Technician with repairs on the property, including painting, carpentry or wall repair, and minor plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, heating, etc
  • Provides on-call maintenance service as directed by the Area Manager. Responds to emergencies as instructed and completes incident/accident reports related to emergency or incident
  • Complete Purchase Order for Request, code invoices in a timely and accurate manor for approval
  • Chips ice on sidewalks and performs other physically demanding tasks as required
  • Identifies and takes advantage of opportunities for personal and professional development.
  • Safely operates snow equipment and drives a vehicle with a valid driver’s license for errands and site needs
  • Works collaboratively as part of a site team
  • Advises the Regional Property Manager on the overall condition of the property
