Lead Construction Superintendent - Luxury Residential

Description

• Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with owners, architects, and project team members to resolve issues and optimize project efficiency.

Requirements

• Skilled in overseeing project plans, timelines, and financials, managing inspections, addressing issues, and ensuring safety compliance, preferably with a 30-hour OSHA certification.
• Experience as a Lead Construction Superintendent or Construction Superintendent with at least two completed high-end residential construction projects $5 million and above.
• You want to or do live and work in the West Palm Beach, Florida area.

• Experience with Procore is essential; other construction reporting software experience for reporting is a plus.
