- Coordinating with other teams to resolve these concerns.
- Handling end to end CRM Operations
- Work closely with the management team to develop inventive and interactive events for the members and coordinate with the talent as well as assist with and in some cases organise execution of said events on site as well as during outbounds.
- Follow-ups over call as and when required
- Taking in-bound and out-bound calls to address queries/concerns of new customers and existing tenants
- Working with the site team to ensure smooth check-in and check-out
- Monitoring reports of Move-ins and Move-outs and calling them as scheduled
- Maintain cordial relations with customers
