Ensure end-of-trip reports are completed promptly, with lessons learned documented and communicated for continuous improvement
Mentor and support junior surveyors, providing technical guidance and training
Provide technical and operational input throughout the SURF project lifecycle, from tender development to execution and close-out
Develop and review project-specific survey procedures, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards
Attend and lead project briefings and debriefings with survey personnel and stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope and expectations
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and third-party providers to identify personnel, equipment, and project needs, ensuring timely delivery to worksites
Manage survey deliverables, oversee third-party service providers, and ensure quality and timeliness of outputs within budget constraints

Proficiency in subsea survey software
Bachelor’s degree or regional equivalent in Surveying, Geomatics, Hydrography, Geophysics, or a related science discipline
Proficient in project planning and execution, demonstrating the ability to oversee workloads efficiently while upholding safety and quality standards
Effective communication and collaboration abilities, both written and verbal, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
Demonstrable role relevant experience as onshore Project Surveyor/Senior. A background in subsea survey operations is essential.
